This is a series of workshops for the AsianX community in Berlin to use creative and expressive modalities to share their stories of home, identity, belonging, family, and life together through embodiment, performance, and collective storytelling. It aims to regenerate the lost social ties we used to have with each other in the Asian community, any damaged ties to our families, and any rifts we have within ourselves as Asians in the Western world.
Creation workshops over 4 1/2 days guided by seasoned storytellers, theatre practitioners, and performers, and trigger management training with a trauma recovery coach, with a half-day performance of our creations at the end.
